Your Team :

The European Regional Office based in Kronberg is a busy and dynamic team looking after 10 markets via 6 National Sales Companies (NSCs). To support our Network & Training Team within the European Regional Office and for an immediate start we are looking for a :

Working Student European Learning Centre- Training Coordination

About the Role :

As a working student, you will support the Technical & Client Experience Training Managers at the European Learning Centre in planning, organizing, and delivering training activities for the JLR retailer network across Europe. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality training processes.

Your Tasks :

• Assist in the smooth administration and coordination of the European Learning Centre team
• Communicate via email, MS Teams, and phone
• Maintain internal reports, systems, and databases
• Support the implementation of training needs in Technical, Product, Body, and Client Experience areas
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer activities and ensure trainer availability
• Update and manage training calendars based on market requests
• Compile detailed reports and metrics from Learning Management and corporate systems
• Support purchase order creation and budget tracking
• Help organize training events and working groups
• Contribute to the creation and editing of training videos and digital learning content
• Explore and apply AI-based tools to enhance training processes and media production
