Climbing is in our DNA—whether on rock, ice, trees, or industrial structures. For over 160 years, we believe in pushing boundaries and staying curious, all with the goal of preserving the beauty of our vertical world. To continue this journey, we are looking to hire a product developer for our textile team to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

As a developer, you will not only accompany the construction of prototypes in our factory in Isny - you will also be responsible to eventually transfer them into the final product. This involves a wide variety of technical textile products, such as climbing harnesses, crash pads and backpacks. Central tasks are :

  • Creating technical documents in preparation for large-scale production
  • Communication with suppliers and production facilities in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Vietnam
  • Implementation of product changes in consultation with developers and product managers
  • Creation of certification documents

    • Your Profile

  • You are passionate about climbing or mountain sports in all its variations
  • You are enthusiastic about the craft and the corresponding technical background
  • You are keen to present complex, technical content in an understandable way
  • You work precisely, with high self-imposed standards of quality, speed and aesthetics
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have sound knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
