Principal Accountabilities and Duties :
As a Marketing Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visuals across multiple channels, including digital, print, and video. You will work closely with our marketing leader, marketing manager and events manager to produce compelling collateral such as sales brochures, event flyers, banners, presentations, and multimedia assets. Your designs will play a pivotal role in strengthening our local German corporate identity and driving engagement across all communication platforms.
Design Creation : Create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for various corporate needs, including :
- Event flyers, posters, banners, and signage for conferences and internal / external events.
- Sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, fact sheets, product catalogs, and whitepapers.
- Digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Infographics, illustrations, and other graphic elements for marketing purposes.

Presentations :
Brand Consistency : Maintain and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Collaboration : Work closely with corporate design, marketing, and event teams to understand creative needs and deliver on project requirements within set deadlines.
Image Editing and Retouching : Perform high-quality image editing, retouching, Optimize images for web and print.
