Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus

• Create high-quality photos and videos of our products for use across online and print channels
• Capture influencers and other cooperation partners in various formats for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Document and visually showcase our trade fair appearances as well as internal and external events
• Produce and edit visual content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
• Create photo and video content to support our employer branding efforts and highlight our company values and culture
• Develop visual content for internal communications, such as employee events and company updates, in close collaboration with PR and Events
• Independently plan and execute photography and video projects, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Manage interfaces and collaborate closely with departments such as Graphic Design, Product Management, and Social Media

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• At least 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography, ideally in a comparable environment
• Strong technical skills in handling camera equipment, lighting setups, and post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Experience in visually appealing food photography as well as people and sports shoots
• Solid skills in image editing and creating visual content for social media, including Reels, TikTok, and Instagram posts and stories
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to turn creative ideas into visually compelling photos and videos
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, partners, and internal teams
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, especially for events and trade fairs
