Yourassignments

Be a catalystfor change, continually driving the financial organization to thenext level of performance
Deliver in-depthanalysis and actionable insights on costs, performance, cash flow,and compliance across Kabi Germany’s LegalEntities
Conduct variance analysis to identifytrends, offering strategic recommendations to enhanceperformance
Translate data into compellingreports and management presentations that drivedecision-making
Lead internal and externalbenchmarking efforts to keep us ahead of thecurve
Build strong partnerships with localcontrollers, ensuring seamless collaboration across our Germanentities
Play a critical role in executing thedigitalization roadmap, with a focus on implementing front-endtools and dynamicdashboards

Yourprofile

You have a degree inBusiness Administration or a related field and bring at least 8years of experience in finance and at least 4 years of experiencein FP&A or Controlling within a multinationalenvironment

A background in medical technologyor healthcare is a plus, but notrequired

You’re highly analytical, with astructured approach to problem-solving and the ability to distillcomplex data into clear, actionableinsights

Proactive and driven, you’re alwayslooking for ways to innovate and improveprocesses

You excel in communication,influence, and teamwork, with the ability to fostercross-functional collaboration

You have a deepunderstanding of financial tools, with proficiency in MS Office andSAP modules (SEM-BCS, CO, BW). Experience with Power BI or similartools is a bonus

Fluent in English (bothwritten and spoken), you’re able to navigate an internationalsetting with ease
