Robert Vos are working with a leading Medical Device Manufacturer specialising in the Anaesthesia & Respiratory space.

As an Area Manager in Clinical Sales, you'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, building relationships and driving improvements in patient care across your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by aligning strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Analyze sales data using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Lead product training sessions and participate in industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

  • Strong sales skills, business acumen, and negotiation confidence.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license; English skills are a plus.
  • 5 years nursing or sales experience within acute care / anaesthesia / respiratory
