As an Area Manager in Clinical Sales, you'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, building relationships and driving improvements in patient care across your designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by aligning strategies with company goals.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, addressing their needs effectively.
- Analyze sales data using Salesforce and Power BI.
- Identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Lead product training sessions and participate in industry events.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
Strong sales skills, business acumen, and negotiation confidence.Excellent communication and networking abilities.Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.Ability to work independently and within a team.Valid driver’s license; English skills are a plus.5 years nursing or sales experience within acute care / anaesthesia / respiratoryBenefits
