Our client, an Investment Fund based in Luxembourg , is looking for its future Fund Administrator for their Equity Portfolio Services . This will be a temporary contract of 2 months . Please note that this assignment may be extended , in accordance with Luxembourgish law , for a maximum duration of 1 year .

Your responsabilities :
- Collect and check NAV and portfolio data from quarterly reports for the equity business line
- Handle data processing tasks and act as a point of reference for the team
- Support audits by providing documents and explaining the data received from partners
- Help ensure processes are well controlled and risks are properly managed
- Contribute to improving processes and supporting day-to-day data activities in the unit
- Assist team members with internal projects when needed
Your profile :
University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a postgraduate degree is a plus)At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (in Banking, Asset Management, Reporting, Quantitative Analysis, Audit, Fund Administration, or Finance is required; experience with Private Equity is a strong advantage)Additional certifications (such as CFA or ACCA) are a plusExcellent level in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other EU languages is an advantageWhat you bring to the team :
