Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – Attorney – Finance – Regulatory - Banking

You will take charge of your own cases and provide strategic legal guidance to clients .
You may negotiate agreements and represent clients in complex financial transactions.
You will be asked to advise banks , financial institutions, and investment funds on regulatory matters and licensing procedures.
Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including loan agreements, contracts, and legal opinions, will be part of your daily tasks.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Lawyer – Attorney – Finance – Regulatory - Banking

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a Luxembourg law firm. This will facilitate your integration into your new environment.

Being fluent in English is mandatory for your internal and external communications. Proficiency in French is a plus.

Strong expertise in both regulatory and transactional matters will be a considerable asset.

Being proactive , organized , and an excellent communicator is essential to ensuring efficient client relationships and smooth case management.

You will earn a salary of up to €132,000 gross per year , plus an annual bonus, offering a comfortable standard of living.
