Your responsibilities

Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung der Beteiligungstöchter bei der Steuerung dieser und Zuarbeit für die Muttergesellschaft

Effektive Vor- / Nachbereitung der legal rechtlichen Gremiensitzungen

Handhabung des Berichtswesens der Beteiligungstöchter inkl. Qualitätssicherung

Aufbereitung von komplexen, vertraglichen Zusammenhängen

Begleitung und Führen von Verhandlungen / Verfahren

Hauptverantwortlich für Zertifizierung- / Auditauflagen im Kontext der Beteiligungstöchter

Koordination und Qualitätssicherung des Konzern-Reportings der Wasserkraft Deutschland

Koordination und Hauptansprechpartner für Governance-Themen der Wasserkraft Deutschland

Your profile

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen

Relevante Erfahrung im Erzeugungstechnischen Controlling- oder Wirtschaftsprüferbereich wünschenswert

Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Verständnis finanzieller, kommerzieller und risikobasierter Zusammenhänge

Sehr hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft

Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, strategische Fragestellungen zu identifizieren, strukturiert auszuarbeiten und Managementtauglich zu kommunizieren

Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch

Mobilität (Führerschein Klasse B) und Bereitschaft zu Außendiensttätigkeiten
