Your tasks
- Installation of hardware and software, updating and maintenance of server and client systems
- Administration, maintenance and technical support of the Microsoft-based system landscape
- Responsibility for and ensuring the smooth running of IT-based operations
- 1st level support for users on site
- Support and maintenance of the ERP system as well as the connected systems and interfaces
- Conception of IT security and continuous further development of the IT landscape
- Support for the telephone system and all telecommunications devices
Your profile
- Training in the IT sector or comparable training or studies with several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server / Exchange / Office, incl. macro creation / Windows client management
- Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and in the area of data warehousing
- Good knowledge of German
- A solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
- High sense of responsibility and independent working style
