With a relevant professionalqualification (Chartered Fellow / fully qualified member of theCIPD), you will be an accomplished leader with a track record ofleading the HR or people function within a similarly complexorganisation. You will demonstrate the ability to shape policy andstrategy, manage and develop high-performing teams, and bring asuccessful track record of leading significant people-focusedchange programmes and using digital transformation to driveimprovements in the provision of people-related advice andservices. You will possess outstanding interpersonal andinfluencing skills, be politically astute with excellentrelationship-building and communication skills, and demonstrate thestrategic vision and determination to get things done in thisuniquely interesting and demanding role.
