Data Solutions Architect (m / f / d)

We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Architect (m / f / d) to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that drive business value across our organization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to create scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data solutions including data models, integration patterns, processing workflows, and architectural blueprints for data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical platforms
• Serve as the gatekeeper for architectural decisions, evaluating and approving changes that impact data systems and integrity while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient technical data solutions that support analytics, AI / ML initiatives, and decision-making
• Establish technical data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices including data quality monitoring, validation processes, and compliance with privacy regulations and security requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams during solution development, deployment, and optimization initiatives
• Lead data migration and modernization projects, including legacy system transformations and technology evaluations for emerging data platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, DevOps, and business intelligence teams to ensure successful delivery of data projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Create comprehensive documentation for data architecture, data flows, data lineage, and metadata management to support transparency and knowledge sharing
• Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, including monitoring, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing automated testing frameworks
