Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with architecture and design specifically in relation to service delivery (Managed Threat Detection).
  • Troubleshoot performance issues to build better architectures.
  • Analyze data to create business value and / or investigate technical issues.
  • Automate processes to reduce delivery time of our services.Work closely with Security Analysts and SIEM specialists to understand their technical needs.
  • Assist our pre-sales teams with technical related subjects.Proactively improvement architecture designs to support new features or services.
  • Provide high quality technical documentations.
  • Participate actively in reporting towards customers and management when desired.

Skills & Experience you should bring

The CyberSOC PS Consultant shall possess the following skills and experience :

  • Finished apprenticehsip in the IT field or completed studies in the field of computer science, Cyber Security or something similar with relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of operating system concepts related to Linux
  • Experience in designing and deploying data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Splunk or similar.
  • Sufficient understanding of scripting languages such as bash and python.
  • Sufficient understanding of automation tools, preferably Ansible.
  • Good knowledge of German and English
