Job Summary

Your key responsibilities :

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.
Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, QA ect.) to design and implement backend features.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Your Profile :

3+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of SDLC phases (requirements, documentation, QA).

Expert in .NET technologies (.NET Framework, Core, ASP.NET MVC).

Proficient in SQL Server databases.

Familiar with RESTful APIs, Agile (Scrum preferred), DevOps, and CI / CD practices (a plus).

Experience with Entity Framework and microservices (a plus).

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German.
