Ability to develop a design to integrate solar and storage solutions into projects including all electrical calculations needed Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Modbus) and hardware systems (e.g., RF technology, IoT). Strong knowledge of standards like VDE 4110, TOR B, etc that are relevant for DACH markets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. High willingness to travel and flexibility for on-site support. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Role and Responsibilities :
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and product development to ensure successful integration of technical solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions through system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Support customers on-site during system implementation and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt products to specific customer needs.
- Develop application notes, market analyses, and maintain documentation for technical projects.
