Commercial responsibilities :

  • Assist with commercial activities, including creating requests for quotations, tracking orders, and handling excess lists to support Trading team.
  • Facilitate communication with customers in the absence of assigned personnel, upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Administrative responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on German office invoices, fostering seamless financial processes.
  • Responsible for our two trading offices in Germany, Berlin and Munich.

To be successful, you will possess :

  • Strong organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is a must.
