€1000- €1200 / Day

I am seeking highly experienced Senior Program Managers to lead critical initiatives across our global pharmaceutical brands implementing Salesforce.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the sales and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and expertise in Salesforce to design and execute a scalable implementation plan that caters to their global operations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the global Salesforce implementation project from start to finish, ensuring successful deployment across all regions and business units.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and configure Salesforce accordingly.
• Design and implement industry-specific customizations within Salesforce to optimize workflows for pharmaceutical sales and customer management.
• Manage and scale a global team of Salesforce specialists, developers, and end-users.
• Drive user adoption through comprehensive training programs and ongoing change management initiatives.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful go-live within budget and timeframe.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Experience :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex IT projects
• Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a thorough understanding of sales and CRM best practices in this sector
• Certified Salesforce professional (SFDC, CPQ or similar) with in-depth knowledge of platform configuration and customization
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, risk assessment, change management, and budget control
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve project efficiency
