Project Manager R&D (m / f / n) Germany and UK

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of the product of the project, for the team's performance and adherence to company procedures.

In this role you will oversee the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing phases of development projects in the heating and cooling industry.

This role requires significant project management and leadership skills, demonstrated ability to influence and lead and cross-functional business acumen.

The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the cross functional project team, establish the project execution approach, allocate and manage resources, and oversee activities to achieve all project goals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks, ensuring that proper risk responses actions are in place and opportunities are actively pursued.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members as appropriate.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement necessary improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Generate regular project status reports for management review.
