Customer Service Specialist with German in Malta

Role Overview :
As an Airline Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Whether it’s helping with booking issues, answering questions about flights, or resolving technical problems, you’ll ensure that each customer receives the highest level of service.
This full-time, on-site role in Malta comes with a well-defined schedule, giving you the structure needed to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Candidate Profile :
- Language Skills : Native-level German fluency is essential, along with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is required. You should be comfortable managing customer interactions across different platforms and have the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Tech Savvy : Strong computer skills are necessary for this role. While an ECDL certificate is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
- Availability : Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, is required to meet the demands of the airline’s operations.
- Eligibility : Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Malta, such as an EU ID or residence card.
