TMF Luxembourg is seeking a Bilingual English / French speaking Junior HR Administrator to join our team! Apply for this exciting opportunity today!
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate local onboardings of new employees
Managing and maintaining personnel files and HRIS
Managing Absenteeism procedures (sickness, holidays, maternity and parental leaves) following local regulation
Support and Monitoring of Joiner, Mover and Leaver process
HR Ticketing : Manage queries in time to ensure timely resolution.
Support virtual and onsite ISAE and ISO audits
Coordination with local vendors (Pension, Health Insurance, Lunch Vouchers, etc.)
Provide periodic reports, statistics and PowerPoint presentations
Organising ASTF medical appointments for our employees
Reconciliation of data with Internal Finance and Payroll teams
Coordination of internal and external training
Key requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources will be an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in English and French written and verbal
Pro-active attitude and solution oriented approach
Working well in team environment and independently
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Prior experience in HR administration in Luxembourg is an asset
