Your Core Responsibilities

• Participation in transactions, Corporate Finance advisory projects, business analysis and validations
• Balance sheet analysis, Financial Modelling and business valuation with standard methods (DCF and multiple analysis, installation and validating the plausibility of business plans, overview of key figures)
• Preparation of presentations, short profiles and information materials for potential investors
• Sector-, company-, investment activitiy- and transaction research
