Due to continued growth, they are looking for Full-Stack Developer to join their innovative product team.

Responsibilities
Together with other Software Developers, a Product Owner and our Customer Service staff you will build and improve our Zendesk-based solution and processes.
Your work will enable our agents to deliver high-quality service to our B2B and B2C customers.
In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position :
- You will become a member of one of our engineering teams, building products of the company’s ecosystem
- You will be involved in every part of the software engineering process and in the lifecycle of the services that your team is building - requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, operations and improving software based on user feedback and usage metrics
- You will work closely with the customer support agents and our product experts, conceiving, refining and delivering new ideas
Experience
We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications :
- Good knowledge of a web-development stack, frontend and backend Including a frontend framework and TypeScriptknowledge of or willingness to learn a JVM-based stack for the backend
- Professional experience working as a software developer, or a completed apprenticeship / degree in a related field
- Practical experience working in agile development teams
- You are comfortable communicating in both German and English (C1)
- Curiosity and the ability to learn fast
- Motivation to iteratively develop processes in our organization
- Problem-solving mindset
