As an HR Business Partner (m / f / d), you act as a strategic driving force for executives, developing and implementing tailored HR strategies aligned with the highest international standards.

You take full responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from designing innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies to high-impact talent and performance management, sustainable organizational development, and employee retention.

A key focus of your role is the design and execution of forward-thinking HR strategies that actively drive the company's dynamic growth and complex M&A activities.

You play a central role in the strategic evolution of HR processes, lead company-wide transformation projects, and implement innovative HR initiatives that deliver measurable value.

With your in-depth expertise, you ensure the strict compliance with labor regulations and corporate HR standards, guaranteeing that all HR processes are managed in accordance with the highest ethical and business principles.

Several years of outstanding professional experience in HR Business Partnering, as an HR Manager (m / f / d), or in a comparable strategic key position within an internationally operating organization.

A successfully completed degree from a renowned university, specializing in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive expertise in labor law, enabling you to confidently and legally structure complex HR processes.

Profound experience with leading HR technologies, ideally Workday, for efficient management of global HR processes.

Exceptional linguistic and intercultural communication skills in German and English, allowing you to navigate seamlessly in an international business environment.

A strong analytical mindset, strategic foresight, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, complemented by a proactive, entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and a high degree of team orientation.
