Position Details

Location : On-site in Bad Homburg

Salary : €65,000–€75,000 gross per year

Contract : Project-based, initially limited

We are looking for a Project Executive Assistant (m / f / d) to join our team and support our leadership in a fast-paced international environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced professional.

Your Responsibilities

Manage calendars and appointments for the Executive Board.
Coordinate schedules with the CEO Office.
Handle travel expense reports and support travel arrangements.
Organize and oversee team meetings and internal events.
Draft and distribute announcements and internal communications.
Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Coordinate signatures and approval processes for important documents.

Your Profile

Proven experience in a similar role within an international company, ideally with exposure to U.S. corporate culture.

A diverse professional background with multiple relevant roles completed.

Excellent English and German skills, both written and verbal.

Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to remain composed in dynamic situations.
