For the establishment of a new AI-focused area within the company, we are looking for a Technical Lead who will contribute to shaping this domain and driving the development of advanced AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of custom AI agents and agentic workflows using modern LLM and retrieval technologies
• Architect end-to-end solutions across text, vision and multimodal data, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Own model lifecycle activities such as data preparation, training, fine-tuning, evaluation and safety alignment
• Build and deploy scalable, containerized services and AI workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure robust guardrails, security and reliable system behavior in production environments
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable designs and implementations
• Provide mentorship and support for junior engineers, students and research-oriented contributors
