Stellenbeschreibung5+ years of practical Java development background Build and expose RESTful APIs that are scalable, maintainable, and secure Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture Knowledge of API security standards, including OAuth2, JWT, and mutual TLS Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration Understanding of HTTP protocols, status codes, and REST principles Familiar with Agile practices, contributing to Scrum or Kanban teams using tools like Jira & Confluence Experience with Git for version control and Maven for build Familiarity with API Gateway technologies Basic exposure to Vue.js 3 for frontend development is an advantage Background in payments, banking, or fintech is desirable Fluent in English; French is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Designing and implementing API solutions and strategy, and building APIs that ensure security, usability and reliability
- Maintaining and evolving the API platform (development, parameterization, testing, defect management, release management)
- Developing and testing various policies for governance, management and runtime execution of APIs
- Assisting with integration, QA and performance tests
- Formalizing and keeping up-to-date sufficient documentation related to our IT programs
- Supporting the validation / formalization and implementation of procedures and processes of the function, based on available policies and other documents
