My client is looking to hire a fully remote Account Executive. This position invites individuals based anywhere in Germany to become integral members of a dynamic sales team.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Enthusiasm and professionalism for real estate and sales, looking to build a long term career at a high-growth company
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales role
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential (German native speakers only as all your clients will be based in Germany)
  • Strong level of English as this is the working language of the company
  • Experience in a fully remote environment is advantageous

The Responsibilities :

  • Generating your own leads
  • Closing your own deals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signing agreements
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team performance
