Are you ready to help reshape the legal industry for tech and fintech companies? LEXR, the law firm for tech companies in Germany and Switzerland, is looking for a Head of Growth to lead and execute our growth strategy from the ground up.

As a law firm, we’re revolutionizing legal services for tech, fintech, and digital businesses by making them simpler, more transparent, and efficient. With a team of experts who understand tech, we provide companies with the legal support they need—without the traditional complexities. Our focus on customer-first solutions and pricing transparency helps businesses grow with confidence.

Your Role

As our Head of Growth, you will take full ownership of our growth initiatives and KPIs. You will :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Swiss and German markets, with plans for European expansion.
  • Acquire new users aligned with our value proposition and optimize their journey for better engagement and retention.
  • Set, monitor, and own key performance metrics to measure the success of your strategies.
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels and continuously refine existing ones.
  • Lead both short- and long-term initiatives to drive sustainable growth.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in growth management with a proven track record of implementing and scaling growth strategies.
  • Expertise in funnel optimization, user acquisition, and retention.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics to inform your decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building processes from scratch.
  • Fluent in German and English.
