As an employee in our customer service, you are the interface between our customers, sales and operational processing in land transport.
You promote customer loyalty by accepting transport orders, being available to answer questions and offering tailor-made solutions.

- Independent processing of returns / procurement business
- Ensuring the required delivery times
- Verification of data
- Find / create individual solutions
Your profile :
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer service
- Forwarding knowledge is an advantage
- You have high quality standards for your own work
- Customer focus, enthusiasm
- Teamwork skills
