We are looking for an experienced marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a partner.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote AgorApp in the market.
  • Build a recognizable brand that attracts foreign users in Germany.
  • Manage social media platforms, create, and publish engaging content.
  • Run advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
  • Find and execute creative approaches to grow the audience and increase user engagement.
  • Develop and manage website content

Ideal Candidate :

  • Has proven experience in promoting brands on social media.
  • Knows how to independently build and grow a brand on social media with a hands-on approach.
  • Understands that we are in the early stages of development and that all tasks, from strategy to execution, are done in-house without agencies.
  • Has connections in the German market and understands the specifics of working with both German and international audiences.
  • Is fluent in German and English. Any other language is a plus!
  • Is ready to showcase successful examples of their marketing achievements.
  • Has content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Shares the mission of AgorApp — helping foreigners integrate and build careers in Germany.
  • Understands that this is an unpaid position at this stage, with payment starting only once the business generates revenue.
  • Is open to joining the project on equity terms.
