German Customer Support: Lisbon

• Start date: 5 Feb 2026

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

  • 08:00–17:00 (Portugal time)

  • Weekends off

Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
  (Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas)

• Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

• Performance bonus: N/A

• Welcome bonus:

  • Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)

  • Conditional:

    • Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

    • Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)

Retention bonus:

• None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
