Job Title :  O2 Germany (Telefónica Deutschland) Account Manager

Job Location : Munich, Germany

Main Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing core customer relationship activities with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Identify customer needs and explore new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Develop customer business plans and provide market feedback to leadership on competitive offerings, prospect needs, and ideas for product and service portfolio development.
  • Lead the sales and marketing functions for the key account, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue and profit growth to support the long-term expansion of key accounts.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual implementation of business plans.

Requirements :

  • Over 8 years of experience in telecom account sales.
  • Strong background in managing carrier customers, including engagement with CXO-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning sales strategies with CXO priorities to drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities with a proven record of securing new business.
  • Consistent achievement in increasing revenue through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Fully eligible to work within the European Union.
