Your contribution within the team

We are looking for a 2nd Level agent to support our growing team in offering the best support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling complex customer queries via email, making decisions that impact our company reputation, and contributing towards building a strong and efficient team.

• 2+ years experience
• Native German, fluent English
• A natural need to help customers with empathy
• Proactive and solutions-oriented with attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
