As an Industry Technical Consultant specializing in Industrial Water Treatment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global customers with tailored water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess Customer Needs :

• Conduct plant assessments and site-wide water efficiency audits for assigned customers.
• Assist sales teams in communicating the benefits of our consulting services.

Deploy Solutions :

• Lead plant assessments and water efficiency audits.
• Collaborate with customers to gather inputs and scope the necessary services.

Develop and assess potential water treatment solutions.

Strategy and Improvement :

• Continuously improve assessment and audit processes.
• Work with research and technology development teams to enhance software tools.
• Support group goals by providing technical and field marketing data.
• Participate in technical training initiatives and develop training materials.

What You’ll Need :

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering.
• Proven experience in technical support or technical sales support in industrial water treatment.
• Proficiency in water treatment chemistry and industrial water utilities and processes.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Effective networking skills, including conference participation and paper presentations.
• Creativity in technical, visual (presentations), and sales situations.
• Commitment to self-development, focusing on technical and personal skills.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Residence in the European Union.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+.
