Marketing is at the core of HOLYs growth engine and France is our second biggest market. With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers were doubling down on influencer marketing and localized content to drive our next phase of hypergrowth!

This Content Creator role is pivotal in growing the French Market through WILD content.

Youll become the face of HOLY in France conceptualizing filming and producing engaging content that resonates deeply with the French Squad (our customers). This is THE POSITION when it comes to social media content creation in the French market: creative freedom full ownership and the chance to set the tone for how HOLY shows up in a new country.

Disclaimers: To successfully apply for this role youll need to work remotely from France (Hybrid) with your own production capabilities and travel on a regular basis to Berlin giving you access to our insane office (The HOLY Temple) complete with an in-house recording studio and all the creative tools youll ever need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and strategic messagingfor paid ads and organic content tailored to the French market.
• Writecompelling video scripts and copythat align with HOLYs brand voice while resonating with French cultural nuances.
• Execute full video productionfromconcept through recording to final delivery often taking the stage in front of the camera.
• Edit organic and paid video contentusingAdobe Premiere Pro crafting emotionally engaging stories in HOLYs signature style.
• Optimize contentfor platform-specific requirements (TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Meta Ads).
• Analyze content performanceand iterate based ondata insightsto improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Native French speaker with excellent writing skills and a sharp understanding of French culture humor and local trends.
• Comfortable in front of the camera eager to take the spotlight in organic and paid videos becoming the face of HOLY in France.
• Deep knowledge ofInstagram TikTok and YouTube formats and a keen eye for whats trending in French social media.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro confident in editing color grading sound design and motion graphics.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills able to craft scroll-stopping narratives that engage entertain and convert.
• A creative thinker who loves pushing boundaries and testing bold ideas.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance insights and continuous improvement.
