Service Specialist Electronics (m / f / d)

Purpose of the job :

• Development of electronics solutions in the field of repair, overhaul and modernization of vehicle components from existing fleets
• Specialist of electronics and control units

Missions :

Evaluate and implement replacements due to obsolescence

Technical Support for the production and testing team due to documentation and processes for maintaincance, overhaul and repair orders

Preperation and development of test procedures for the electrical testing

Failure analysis and customer support for different applications

Preparation of documents for third party applications

Development of special testing procedures and measurements for control units

Support and solve problems with internal suppliers and EMS

Competences and skills :

Several years of professional experience

Fluent German, good written and spoken English

willingsness to travel (priority DACH Region)

Knowledge in the field of :

controls and electronics

programming von constrol units

current standards (VDE, EN, DIN) for railway

measurement equipment

PDM and ERP

railway technology, especially controls (Traction, Auxiliary) und vehicle control units

harware PCBs

Strong technical and customer focus, relationship building and management

Initiative and creativity, paired with analytical skills
