  • lt;p><strong>Sales Engineer RFID Solutions (Europe)< / strong>< / p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Europe. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.< / p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities : < / strong>< / p><ul><li>Develop and manage key customer relationships across Europe.< / li><li>Engage with business support teams in Taiwan to coordinate sales strategies.< / li><li>Lead technical discussions on RFID solutions with clients.< / li><li>Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.< / li><li>Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.< / li><li>Travel across Europe for customer visits and to Taiwan for meetings and factory visits.< / li>< / ul><h2>Tasks< / h2><p>Manage and grow existing business accounts while developing new opportunities across Europe.< / p><ul><li>Engage with international stakeholders including business support teams in Taiwan.< / li><li>Conduct technical discussions with customers providing expertise on RFID solutions.< / li><li>Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.< / li><li>Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and market reach.< / li><li>Travel across Europe for customer visits and to Taiwan for meetings and factory visits.< / li>< / ul><h2>Requirements< / h2><p>Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.< / p><ul><li>35 years of experience as a Sales Engineer ideally in RFID or a related field.< / li><li>Proven track record in technical project acquisition and business development.< / li><li>Technical qualifications preferably in electronics or a related discipline.< / li><li>Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and to Taiwan as required.< / li>< / ul><h2>Benefits< / h2><p>Flexible work arrangements including the option to work from home.< / p><ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience and performance.< / li><li>Opportunities for international travel and professional networking.< / li><li>Contributory private health insurance< / li>< / ul><p>Initial interviews will be conducted online with further discussions taking place in person.
