As a People Operations Specialist youll be at the heart of our HR operations keeping things running smoothly across multiple international teams. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Learning youll handle HR administration employee lifecycle processes and data accuracy all while ensuring a great employee experience.

Manage HR processes including contract changes employee records and benefits administrationSupport employees through every stage of their journey from onboarding to offboardingKeep our HR systems updated and compliant with legal requirementsBe the goto person for employee HR queries offering timely and helpful supportHelp automate and improve HR processes for efficiency and a better employee experienceWork with external partner s on areas like benefits pensions and absencesProvide HR data insights to help the People & Culture team make informed decisionsSupport HR projects and contribute to optimizing structures and processesWhat you bring
3 years of HR a dministration experience ideally in an international settingStrong operational skills and the ability to manage HR tasks independentlyKnowledge of labour law (depending on your location : German Czech Austrian Italian or Dutch)Organized detailoriented and able to handle multiple prioritiesTechsavvy with experience using HRIS systems and digital HR toolsA problemsolving mindset with a drive for continuous improvementFluent in German (C1 and / or proficient in English (C1 .Memodo Wholesale and Energy : Experts
