Our client is a leading food company in Hamburg with well established brands and part of a multinational group, for whom we are searching for a

Supply Chain Director (w / m / d)

Key Outputs :

• Lead the department : Design and develop the supply organisation in order to comply with the strategy. Set objectives and ensure that they are attained Working with the HR-Division, manage team recruitment, career management, training, development, remuneration policy etc.
• Run the demand planning in collaboration with sales and marketing
• Build the production planning for the plant on sales forecast, plants constraints, Raw Material availability and stock policy
• Develop a finished good production and sourcing planning to define volumes requirement for both internal plants and suppliers.
• Ensure the management and steering of the external logistic provider to secure deliveries to the customers
• Ensuring that stock coverage and service level targets are met throughout the supply chain
• Manage the order to cash process
• As a member of the Leadership Team, help to develop the business strategy.
