For our Customer Service product, we are looking for a Customer Solution Designer (m/f/d) who will play a key role in the selection and implementation of a new customer service solution and drive it forward. Furthermore, he*she ensures the sustainable introduction in the organization and also continuously develops it further.

There is the possibility to carry out a large part of the work from the home office. Occasional presence at the Osnabrück site may be required.
» Your responsibilities:

• You align the team and stakeholders with a product vision, prioritize features for the product and always work with the team for the best solution
• You enjoy leading an experienced cross-functional team with a steady hand and a lot of mutual trust
• You act in an interface function with the business units as well as with internal developer teams and external providers
• You develop product visions and create roadmaps
• You prioritize requirements from all areas of the company, determine user requirements and continuously weigh them against each other
• You and your team make well-founded decisions based on data wherever possible
• You act strategically and in line with requirements as a project and stakeholder manager and at the same time support your team in finding efficient and fast solutions
• You play an active role in shaping the digital future in one of the world's most important industries

» Your profile:

• You have sufficient professional experience as a Customer Solution Designer or Product Owner for Customer Service applications
• You stand for change and know how to communicate it sustainably in the business units
• You have a basic understanding of logistics processes and are familiar with customer service activities - the customer is always at the forefront of your mind
• You have a passion for logistics and ideally already have some experience in the industry
• You have strong social skills in dealing with people and communicate empathetically and at eye level
• You have a high degree of initiative and reliability and are not afraid to question old ways of thinking and patterns and to rethink them, especially digitally
• You are experienced in the introduction of new systems, ideally in the area of customer service solutions
• You understand how to quickly grasp logistical processes and interrelationships and derive possible digital solutions from them
