Picture Yourself at Pega :
You will join Pega as a Solutions Consultant in the DemoX LIVE team while being part of a cohort in a bespoke program designed to provide you with experience in our Pega Platform, become comfortable running workshops and other presales skills, ultimately leading to becoming a Core Solutions Consultant with the respective local team.
During the first six months (approximate), you will learn pre-sales skills and collaborate with account teams around the world to plan, prepare, lead, support and deliver workshops to groups of customers and partners. These packaged experiences involve demonstrating Pega’s technology and core solution concepts. While they are not intended as training classes, they provide clients or partners an opportunity to get hands-on with Pega technology and experience our differentiators for themselves. During this phase, you will get exposure to multiple different industries. In the second phase of the program, you will specialize in the business of the Solutions Consultant team and will collaborate closely with these groups. This part of the journey will include more account-related activities such as discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs and translating these into solution proposals.
All the above will help you develop detailed knowledge of Pega Blueprint and Pega Platform capabilities as well as hands-on ability with the technology. You will receive mentorship from experienced SCs and structured onboarding, with ongoing support from the DemoX LIVE team to build your skills and readiness.

You are able and willing to travel occasionally to client sites (approx. 20-30%) and to come to the local Pega office approx. 1-2 times a week.
