We are an AIdriven movement intelligence startup building a fully autonomous training system that eliminates inefficiencies corrects imbalances and integrates training diagnostics and recovery into a seamless experience.

We are looking for an experienced UI / UX & Graphic Designer to take ownership of our website mobile app and indevice interface for The AerMethod . This is a highimpact role in an earlystage startup where creativity independence and problemsolving are critical. Tasks

• Design & build the Aer website from scratch crafting a highperformance digital presence that reflects our vision.
• Lead UI / UX design for the Aer mobile app an AIpowered interface for realtime movement diagnostics and biomechanical insights .
• Design the indevice UI for The AerMethod creating screen visuals and system graphics that connect seamlessly with the app.
• Develop a unified design language ensuring consistency across web mobile and hardware UI .
• Create sophisticated visual assets including biomechanical diagrams data visualizations and movement analytics illustrations .
• Collaborate with the engineering team ensuring designs are implemented with high precision and functionality .
• Leverage AIassisted design tools such as MidJourney and emerging AI platforms to enhance workflow and creativity.
