Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of the AIT Department, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Implementation of AIT planning activities for spacecraft production in Friedrichshafen at the project level;
- Support the AIT manager and project PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans at the project level;
- Proactively gathering input from all project participants and maintaining the AIT plan accordingly;
- Conducting schedule analyses and providing appropriate recommendations to the AIT manager and PMO team (e.g., regarding critical paths, resource utilization, etc.);
- Supporting the implementation of new integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders (Master Production Scheduler) and ensuring compliance within the project
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships between stakeholders in the functions, the project, and the PMO.
- Preparation and maintenance of project AIT plans in accordance with project specifications
- Management of multidisciplinary task links, resource allocations, project milestone tracking, and report-related planning for the project, management level, and customer
- Supporting decision-making at the AIT and project management level through schedule analysis and planning scenario simulations
- Act as a contact person for AIT planning issues in the project
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- At least a bachelor's degree as an Engineer, aerospace engineer;
- At least 3 years of Work experience in manufacturing/production, production planning, and control;
- Experience in the use of planning processes and tools in the field of defence and aerospace in spacecraft production is required.;
- Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary production plans is required.[Insert skills and experience here]
- at least detailed specialist knowledge in MS Project requires .
- Intensive use of planning tools (Unified Planning / Planisware is a plus);
- Fluency in English and German is Mandatory.
