Job description :

As a Junior Accountant , you will :

  • Record daily financial transactions, ensuring all ledgers and journals are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing VAT and corporate tax returns while adhering to local compliance standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the senior accounting team to prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Help organize financial audits by gathering necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of new accounting systems or tools.

Ideal Profile :

As a Junior Accountant , you have :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, or strong internships in the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English ; additional languages (French or German) are a plus.
