Senior Project Manager

Note : Primary job location for this role is Lindau, Germany, however we also accept candidates from Munich or Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from planning through execution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage communication and expectations for international clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for complex IT initiatives, such as system selection and migrations.
- Identify risks early and implement effective solutions.
- Organize and moderate internal and external workshops.
- Coordinate collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare management presentations and ensure clear project communication.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in agile project management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DevOps) and leading interdisciplinary teams is essential.
Familiarity with technical contexts is a plus.
- Strong background in managing complex IT projects.
- Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1) is essential.
- Analytical thinker with excellent listening skills, a solution-oriented mindset, strong customer focus, and team leadership abilities.
