Metal and Energy represent Speira’s most relevant input factors and key levers for Speira’s recycling strategy and NEXT improvement program. As Business Controller you will be working in close partnership with various stakeholders on plant, Business Unit and Corporate level, playing an essential role in steering Speira’s performance and supporting it in reaching its strategic goals.

Financial planning underpinned by clear understanding of business trends and KPIs

Development of Speira’s metal input mix strategy in cooperation with Business Units, Supply Chain and other functions

Development of new controlling-tools and processes, also in cooperation with external consultants
