Your mission

You will be the right hand of an experienced founding team, supporting the further development of Baobab’s strategy :

  • Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on shaping Baobab's long-term success by contributing to top-level strategic decisions
  • Develop in-depth, research-based analyses on potential growth avenues across international expansion, new products or strategic partnerships to further define overarching positioning and strategy
  • Support execution of cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end together with key internal stakeholders & external partners

Your profile

  • Prior relevant work and / or internship experience in one of the following : high-growth startup, business operations role in tech, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Have strong slide writing and presentation skills and first experience in multi-stakeholder projects
  • Think strategically and analytically
  • Are reliable, accurate, and independent in your way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German and English
  • Available to be onsite at our office in Berlin
