The Pathways Leadership Internship is a 10-12 week full-time Internship in ouroperations network for enrolled MBAMScMEngPhD with 3 to 10 years ofexperience in a complex role. You will be given a business critical challengeto find a solution for as well as gaining practical experience of being aleader of large teams. Your internship will conclude by presenting aninnovative solution to senior management based on your observations, hands oninvolvement and analytical research within operations. Upon completion of theinternship program, your performance will be evaluated. Your performanceevaluation, along with role availability, will determine your opportunity tojoin the full-time Pathways program in 2026. About the Pathways Program Pathways is a three year program designed to rapidly develop experienced MBAand Master level graduates with the skills needed to be Amazons next SeniorOperations Managers and beyond. Your development in the Pathways Program (if you join us full time after theinternship) Step 1 : Extended onboarding as an Area Manager (front line leader) until yousuccessfully managed your first peak holiday season. Learn about AmazonOperations from A to Z and lead a team of 50-100 people. Step 2 : Once onboarded, you progress into your role as Operations Manager and willgain experience in leading other managers and approx. 400 team members. Driveimprovements in operational processes by working cross-functionally withAmazon technology and engineering teams. Step 3 : Promote to a Senior Operations Manager where you will lead through others toexecute regional or network wide initiatives. With your promotion you willgraduate from the Pathways Program but continue to have access to importantmentoring resources. If it is not possible for you toobtain your visawork permit maximum one week before your Day 1 with us, wemay have no other choice than cancelling your internship under this programfor the agreed cycle, but we will endeavor you the opportunity to re-interviewfor another internship or even for a permanent Amazon job in 2025, subject toavailability.
