Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and support Java-based backend services that meet product and business needs.
- Review code to make sure it meets quality standards and best practices.
- Run Agile meetings (like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives) to help the team work together better.
- Create and review Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) to guide important technical choices.
- Create a positive and productive team environment through good leadership.
- Design backend systems that can grow and improve the performance of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Oversee API design and use container tools (like Docker and Kubernetes) to ensure smooth deployment processes.
