To support the ERP Support team, we are currently looking for a :

ERP (SAP) Support Specialist

Under the supervision and guidance of our Technical Lead, you will support local teams during our global ERP migration project and assist end users post-go-live.

Your mission :

  • Technical and functional monitoring of the SAP Group Landscape.
  • Providing worldwide support for SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Engaging in various technical activities related to system maintenance and optimization.
  • Offering first-level direct support by responding promptly to user inquiries.
  • Assisting with day-to-day troubleshooting and ERP system-related issues.
  • Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communication with external integrators regarding developments and complex troubleshooting.
  • Managing incoming support requests via a ticketing system and telephone.
  • Leading and participating in customer support-focused projects to improve service quality.
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing application-related issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of user issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Documenting user inquiries, reported problems, and implemented solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Our expectations :
  • Must have :
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years SAP experience supporting SAP S / 4 HANA and SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience in configuring, testing and supporting SAP solutions in on premise, cloud and hybrid environment
  • Experience and capability in defining and applying technical documentation standards
  • Experience in development : CDS, SAC, Adobe Forms, Abap, ..
  • Experience in integration : BRF+, OData, BTP, …
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, French to be considered
  • Support application of any technical setup
  • Conduct related testing and oversight test plans for security enhancements
  • Cooperate with internal technical departments and SAP Support and Services
  • Knowledge in SAP components : FICO, SD, MM, EWM, PP / PE, …
  • Soft skills :
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and organizational needs.

  • Knowledge in SAP change management tool
  • Experience with a ticketing system tool, Itop
  • SAP certifications
